Nrol has partnered up with one of Sydney’s largest Multinational Law Firms, based in the CBD. An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Consultant / Manager to join their Disputes, Competition & Insurance team.
You will provide specialist business development and client relationship management, as well as driving client and market growth, implement sophisticated client and market-focused strategies, and work collaboratively with Partners across the firm.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Assist and provide guidance to the ESG go-to-market team within the firm, playing a key role in shaping and advising on strategy to enhance market share alongside the National ESG Lead and partners.
• Support and advise the national Competition, Climate, and Technology business unit team in their primary market growth campaigns, client initiatives, proposal creation, event planning, conference participation, and directory submissions.
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of business plans for DCI, emphasizing market growth strategies, including activities such as building brand awareness, launching campaigns, developing new solutions, creating proposals, showcasing credentials, and organizing events.
• Concentrate on marketing initiatives to elevate the profile of the ESG
• Drive efforts related to client listening for DCI, covering clients, matters, tenders/capability statements, and secondments.
• Provide support for broader CMG team initiatives, offering ad hoc assistance for other DCI client offerings.
• Work in collaboration with partners to compile directory submissions.
• Assist in supporting partner business development activities, aligning with Business Unit priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-industry and cross-line of business teams to facilitate the development of integrated and multidisciplinary solutions.
• Credentials in Marketing, Commerce, Law, or a related Business field
• Exceptional verbal communication and professional writing abilities
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Effective stakeholder management skills with a dedication to client service
• Proactive team collaborator adaptable to fast-paced settings
• Capable of handling multiple tasks under time constraints and quickly comprehending complex concepts
