IT Support Officer

Nrol has a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Officer! We are currently seeking a passionate IT professional to join a Leading Corporate Law Firm based in Sydney’s CBD. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firms IT infrastructure.
In this role, you will collaborate with the IT team to deliver remote 1st level IT support to all members of the firm, while also offering 2nd level desktop support specifically to their main office in Sydney.
The team are well known for their friendly and teamwork-oriented ambiance, fostering a supportive and productive workplace. This role presents an enticing opportunity to join a united IT Support team and play a crucial role in its success.
Key responsibilities:
• Proficient communication and customer service abilities for addressing and resolving routine IT issues throughout the organisation
• Provide assistance with hardware and software support, setting up equipment, and supporting conference setups in meeting rooms
• Active involvement in the ITIL service management process, following service desk ticketing system protocols, and ensuring prompt logging and updates in alignment with SLAs
• Backing directed IT changes and upgrades
About You:
• Possess prior experience in Microsoft OS and Office application support.
• Demonstrate operational knowledge of Microsoft Desktop technologies.
• Show familiarity with computer hardware and network technologies.
• Thrive under pressure, consistently meet deadlines, and excel in autonomous work settings.
• Boast strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
• Approach your work with a collaborative, positive, and energetic mindset.
