We are partnering with a high-performing team seeking a capable Lawyer with 2+ years’ post-admission experience to join a well-established life insurance, superannuation, and financial advice practice in Melbourne. What You’ll Be Doing
• Work across complex litigation and advisory matters within life insurance and related areas
• Develop and strengthen your expertise in insurance law and litigation
• Maintain direct client contact and provide practical, solution-focused advice
• Assist with court and tribunal appearances
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and advice
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on case strategy and matter progression
• Manage matters with a high level of accuracy, accountability, and professionalism
About You
• Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience, ideally in workers compensation, personal injury, or commercial litigation
• Admitted to practice with a current Victorian practising certificate
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Client-focused, personable, and commercially minded
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
