A well-established personal injury firm is looking for a Legal Assistant/Secretary to support a busy lawyer and contribute to the day-to-day running of their matters. This role sits at the heart of the client experience. You’ll be the point of contact for many clients, helping guide them through what is often a difficult time, while also keeping files moving and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. It’s a great fit for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing administrative work with meaningful client interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting a Personal Injury Lawyer with the day-to-day management of their caseload
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone
• Liaising with medical providers, insurers, and other third parties to obtain reports and records
• Drafting and formatting correspondence and legal documents
• Preparing court documents and assisting with briefs to Counsel
• Keeping files organised, up to date, and progressing in a timely manner
• Handling general administrative tasks to support the broader team
About You
• Previous experience in a legal assistant or legal secretary role
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in personal injury law and supporting clients
