Job Description:

As a Legal Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in growing our Sydney office. You will be responsible for building a strong network of clients and candidates, and providing exceptional recruitment services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and engaging with potential clients, including law firms and corporate organisations, to understand their recruitment needs and establish strong partnerships.
  • Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing legal professionals to identify top talent for our clients’ vacancies.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and providing guidance and support to candidates throughout their job search.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the legal market, industry trends, and client requirements to deliver exceptional service and insights.
  • Building and managing a portfolio of clients, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the team to leverage existing resources, share market intelligence, and develop best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years experience working in the legal industry with a strong understanding of the legal recruitment process.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and candidates at all levels.
  • Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong business development and networking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
