Our client, a leading Australian law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lawyer or Senior Associate specialising in back end construction to join their high performing practice in Sydney. The role will see you working on genuinely interesting back-end construction and project advisory matters, including litigation, arbitrations and contractual disputes. The work is for a range of clients, primarily top and mid tier contractors and government agencies. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team focused on achieving quality results for clients.
Requirements:
- Senior Lawyer or Senior Associate with a minimum of 4-8 years of post-admission experience (PAE) in a high performing construction practice.
- Strong academic background and demonstrated expertise in back-end construction law.
- A passion for construction law and a desire to build and develop a successful career in this area.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
