The role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Facilitator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring that their employees receive comprehensive and effective training to excel in their roles. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Training Facilitator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to support the ongoing development of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff members, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. 
  • Develop training plans, materials, and resources tailored to the specific needs of different practice groups within the firm. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for practice group-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance to employees. 
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities for process improvement. 
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation. 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Education, or a related field. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels. 
  • Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and assess training programs, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
