We are partnering with an established legal practice to recruit a Senior Associate – Health Law (5+ PAE) to join its Perth team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer seeking complex and varied matters, autonomy in their work and opportunities for long-term career development.
About the Role
The role will involve managing health law and related litigation matters, with key responsibilities including:
· Managing matters independently from inception through to resolution
· Advising clients on complex legal issues and litigation strategy
· Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
· Preparing legal documentation, advice and correspondence
· Managing competing deadlines and client expectations
· Working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders
· Mentoring and supporting junior team members
About You
· 5+ years post-admission experience in health law, insurance litigation and/or personal injury
· Strong technical legal skills and sound commercial judgement
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proven ability to manage matters autonomously
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Confident client management and relationship-building abilities
· Collaborative mindset with an interest in mentoring junior lawyers
