We’re partnering with a leading national law firm looking for an Associate (2–4 PQE) to join their top-tier Dispute Resolution team in Melbourne. This is a rare opportunity to work on high-profile, complex commercial and regulatory disputes for major Australian and international clients.
The team is known for its strategic, commercially-minded approach and provides lawyers with the chance to build deep expertise across a wide variety of contentious matters.
You’ll be involved in matters that shape the corporate and regulatory landscape, including class actions, regulatory investigations, commercial disputes, and high-stakes litigation.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex litigation and regulatory matters
· Contribute to corporate and commercial disputes, class actions, and regulatory investigations
· Draft legal documents, court submissions, and advice for clients
· Manage parts of matters independently while collaborating with the wider team
· Participate in structured mentoring and training programs to further develop your expertise
What We’re Looking For
· 2–4 years PQE in dispute resolution or commercial litigation
· Strong technical expertise and understanding of complex legal issues
· The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients
· A proactive, positive, and energetic approach to your work
