We’re partnering with a well-established national firm that is seeking an Insurance & General Liability Associate with 2–5 years’ post-admission experience. This role provides exposure to a variety of high-quality litigation matters, including personal injury and property damage claims.
Working closely with a supportive team, the role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to develop technical expertise in insurance law. The position involves hands-on file management, client engagement, and practical problem-solving within a collaborative and professional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Manage a portfolio of insurance and general liability matters with increasing autonomy
· Liaise directly with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders, providing clear and practical advice
· Draft court documents, legal correspondence, and settlement agreements
· Attend court, mediations, and dispute resolution processes as required
· Conduct legal research and contribute to matter strategy
· Work closely with senior lawyers to progress matters efficiently
· Prioritise competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
About You
· 2–5 years PAE in insurance law
· Confident, proactive, and client-focused with strong communication skills
· Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
· Collaborative team player seeking mentorship and opportunities for professional growth
· Practical and solution-oriented in approach to legal matters
