We are partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join their busy Insurance Litigation team based in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and technically strong insurance litigator to work alongside one of the industry’s most respected partners.
About the Role:
This role offers hands-on experience in the day-to-day management of complex insurance coverage disputes. You’ll be advising a high-profile client base including construction, engineering, and financial services firms on a broad range of matters, particularly in the financial linesinsurance space (Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, and Management Liability).
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking candidates who are:
- 3+ years PQE, with relevant defendant-side experience from a respected insurance or construction practice
- Skilled in managing complex litigation matters with strong Australian court knowledge
- Confident handling matters with a high level of autonomy
- Strong communicators with excellent written drafting and verbal advisory skills
- Motivated to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development
- Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of balancing multiple priorities effectively
- Committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics
