We are currently partnering with a well-regarded personal injury firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Associate to join its Parramatta team.
This role involves managing a diverse personal injury caseload within a collaborative environment, with exposure to complex matters, mentoring responsibilities, and active involvement in the development of a well-established practice.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage a broad caseload of personal injury matters, including workers’ compensation, motor accident claims, public liability, and work injury damages
• Provide timely, practical legal advice and represent clients throughout the lifecycle of their claims
• Liaise with medical practitioners, insurers, and other stakeholders to develop evidence and drive strong outcomes
• Mentor and support junior lawyers, contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Assist in the ongoing growth and development of the personal injury practice
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, professional obligations, and industry standards
About You
• Minimum of 4+ years post-admission experience in personal injury law, ideally within a reputable plaintiff firm or in-house environment
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills
• Excellent negotiation and client management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
• Current practising certificate in New South Wales
