An established and expanding Banking & Finance team is looking for a talented Associate or Senior Associate with several years’ post-admission experience. This role suits a proactive lawyer who enjoys advising on complex, high-profile transactions across sectors such as government, healthcare, infrastructure, media, and banking.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Advise clients on project, acquisition, leverage, property, and corporate financing
· Prepare and review finance documentation and agreements
· Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on complex transactions
· Manage negotiations and deal structuring in line with client instructions
· Collaborate with internal teams across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters
· Mentor and supervise junior staff
· Contribute to knowledge-sharing and team initiatives
About You
· Several years’ experience in Banking & Finance within a large law firm, locally or internationally
· Exposure to project, leverage, acquisition, property, or corporate finance transactions
· Strong analytical, negotiation, and client-management skills
· Track record of delivering high-quality outcomes for clients
· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
· Ability to mentor junior staff
· Collaborative, ethical, and professional
· Passionate about advising clients on complex financial matters
