We are exclusively partnering with a respected commercial firm to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate for their high-performing Commercial Litigation practice in either Brisbane or Melbourne. This role presents a unique opportunity for a driven litigation lawyer to work on high-stakes, complex disputes for a diverse and sophisticated client base.
About the Opportunity
The Commercial Litigation team acts for major corporates, financial institutions, government agencies, and private clients on a wide range of disputes. As part of this collaborative team, you will be involved in matters including:
- Contractual and corporate disputes
- Regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings
- Competition and consumer law claims
- Class actions and shareholder litigation
- Risk management and strategic dispute advisory work
You’ll work alongside experienced and respected litigators who are known for their strategic approach and commitment to developing junior lawyers through hands-on mentoring.
About You
We are seeking expressions of interest from candidates with:
- A minimum of 3 years PAE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
- Experience at a top-tier, mid-tier, or respected boutique firm
- Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to client service
