What You’ll Be Doing
· Draft, review, and negotiate core transaction documents
· Manage due diligence reviews and coordinate specialist teams
· Conduct legal research on complex corporate and investment issues
· Work collaboratively with senior lawyers and support staff on large-scale transactions
· Provide clear, commercial, and client-focused advice
· Support junior lawyers through mentoring and guidance
· Contribute to the strategic direction and successful execution of transactions
About You
· 3+ years post-admission experience in corporate law in private practice
· Strong technical expertise in corporate transactions
· Excellent drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
· Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
· Collaborative, positive, and commercially minded approach
· Genuine passion for corporate law and delivering client-focused outcomes
