We’re partnering with one of the world’s largest and most respected law firms, to find a motivated Associate or Senior Associate for their Employment & Safety team in Sydney.
This is a full-time role ideal for a mid-level lawyer, either on the cusp of becoming a Senior Associate or recently promoted, who is looking to work across a broad range of workplace, employment, and safety matters. If you have experience in investigations, litigation, and providing practical, strategic advice to employers, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing employment and safety matters from start to finish
- Conducting investigations and litigation where required
- Providing clear, commercial, and practical advice to clients
- Building and managing client relationships
- Identifying risks and escalating issues appropriately
- Driving your own practice while contributing to the team’s success
What we’re looking for:
- Solid knowledge of relevant employment and safety legislation and common law
- Strong drafting, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make sound judgements and take decisive action
- Client-focused mindset with excellent relationship management skills
- Proactive, growth-oriented attitude with a ‘challenge accepted’ approach
