A well-regarded and growing family law team is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate with 2–4+ years post-admission experience to join their expanding practice.
You’ll handle a diverse range of family law matters, including complex property disputes and parenting cases, while working closely with senior practitioners to deliver high-quality advice and representation.
This role is designed for a lawyer who values both professional growth and making a meaningful difference for clients.
While the role is based in Sydney, there are also openings in Melbourne and Gold Coast, Queensland.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Manage your own family law caseload with confidence and professionalism
· Provide strategic advice and representation in the Family Court
· Draft complex legal documents, agreements, and pleadings
· Collaborate effectively with barristers and other legal professionals
· Guide clients through sensitive matters with empathy and clear communication
· Maintain excellent standards of file management, client communication, and workflow efficiency
About You
· Admitted Solicitor in NSW (or relevant state) with 2–4+ years’ post-admission experience in family law
· Proven success in case management and working collaboratively with barristers
· Strong advocacy skills and courtroom presence
· Passionate about mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
· Proficient in MS Outlook and Word; LEAP experience preferred but not essential
· Client-focused, empathetic, and committed to achieving strong outcomes
