An opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate Corporate Lawyer to join a well-regarded practice in Sydney.
Due to sustained growth, the firm is looking for an experienced lawyer (approximately 4–8+ years PAE) who is eager to take on greater responsibility, work closely with clients, and progress their career within a high-performing and collaborative team.
This role is well suited to a commercially minded lawyer seeking exposure to complex transactions, genuine client engagement, and a clear pathway for long-term advancement.

What you’ll be doing:
· Managing a diverse range of corporate transactions from start to finish
· Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, agreements and advices
· Working directly with clients and providing commercially focused solutions
· Assisting partners on complex and strategic matters
· Building and developing long-term client relationships
· Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
· Contributing to the growth and development of the practice
What we’re looking for:
Associate (4–6 years PAE)
· Solid post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law
· Experience assisting on transactions such as M&A, shareholders agreements or general corporate advisory
· Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
· Proactive, organised and client-focused approach
· Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Senior Associate (6–8+ years PAE)
· Significant experience running corporate transactions independently
· Proven ability to manage clients and matters with minimal supervision
· Strong commercial judgment and attention to detail
· Experience mentoring junior lawyers
· Interest in practice development and long-term career progression
