We are partnering with a respected family law firm looking for a skilled Family Lawyer (Associate/Senior Associate). What you’ll be doing:
- Manage a caseload of family law matters with appropriate support
- Draft affidavits, applications, consent orders, and financial agreements
- Provide practical, client-focused legal advice
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and client consultations
- Conduct legal research and support complex matters
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent outcomes
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years PAE in family law
- Experience in parenting and/or property matters preferred
- Strong drafting and legal writing skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Client-focused, professional, and collaborative approach
- Proactive, motivated, and committed to ongoing professional development
