What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a broad range of family law matters including parenting, property, and divorce
- Advising clients through separation and dispute resolution with empathy and skill
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation
- Drafting court documents, affidavits, and client correspondence
- Working closely with barristers, financial experts, and child consultants
- Providing strategic, commercially-sound legal advice
- Contributing to the continued success and growth of a well-established team
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ PAE with strong family law experience
- Confident file management and client advisory skills
- Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation abilities
- Empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Admitted to practice in Australia and hold a current practising certificate
