We are partnering with a well-established commercial law firm to recruit an Associate with 3–5 years’ PQE to join its Workplace Relations team in Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners on a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters, advising clients across the public and private sectors.
About the Role
This position offers exposure to a diverse range of workplace law matters, with the opportunity to build technical expertise while working within a collaborative and supportive team. Key responsibilities include:
· Advising on employment, industrial relations, discrimination, and workplace health and safety matters
· Preparing legal advice, employment-related documents, and correspondence
· Assisting clients with workplace disputes, compliance, and risk management
· Managing client relationships and contributing to ongoing matters
· Working closely with senior lawyers on a varied and high-quality caseload
About You
· 3–5 years’ PQE with solid experience in employment and industrial law
· Private practice experience is preferred
· Strong technical, drafting, and communication skills
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
· A collaborative, proactive, and client-focused approach
