An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Legal Assistant to be the initial point of contact for potential clients, playing a pivotal role in representing a very reputable Personal Injury firm. The company is specifically seeking a Legal Assistant to serve as the frontline for individuals seeking their legal expertise. At this firm, they pride themselves on simplifying legal terminology for their clients and fostering a clear, positive firm culture. Additionally, they offer the flexibility to work from home for 1-2 days a week, promoting a casual yet professional work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling initial client inquiries and directing them appropriately.
  • Preparing and managing digital client documentation.
  • Collaborating closely with the director.
  • Organising new client documentation, including cost agreements and authorities, digitally.
  • Reporting directly to the director of the firm.

To be successful, candidates should have:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in any aspect of personal injury claims.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Efficiently managing inquiries by extracting relevant details and documenting them concisely.
