Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with partners on complex commercial litigation matters.
- Provide strategic legal advice to a diverse and sophisticated client base.
- Manage and contribute to the resolution of disputes across various sectors.
- Conduct legal research, draft court documents, and prepare high-quality advice.
About You:
- 2–4 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation (Australia or an equivalent jurisdiction).
- Demonstrated ability to identify key issues and provide pragmatic legal advice.
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
- A commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and client-focused with strong commercial acumen.
