This is a full-time position ideal for a lawyer with 1+ years of post-admission experience who’s eager to grow in a supportive, well-structured environment with direct mentoring and meaningful career development opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:
· Managing your own caseload with senior supervision as needed
· Drafting legal documents such as affidavits, consent orders, and financial agreements
· Providing practical and empathetic advice to clients
· Appearing in the Family Court and attending mediations when required
· Collaborating with barristers and colleagues to deliver quality outcomes
· Maintaining strong relationships with clients through clear communication and professionalism
What we’re looking for:
· Minimum 1+ years PAE in Family Law
· Experience in property and/or parenting matters (highly regarded)
· Strong drafting, advocacy, and communication skills
· Ability to manage files effectively while meeting deadlines
· Compassionate, ethical, and client-focused approach
· Team player with a proactive and professional attitude
· LEAP experience is a plus (training provided if needed)
