We are currently partnering with a premier national insurance law firm that is seeking a skilled General Liability Lawyer with 3–8 years’ PQE to join its highly respected Insurance & Risk team in either Sydney or Brisbane.

About the Role:
In this role, you will act for major insurers, underwriters, self-insureds, brokers, and corporate insureds across a range of industries. The role will focus on:
- Public liability and product liability claims
- Personal injury, property damage, and occupiers’ liability matters
- Managing litigated and non-litigated matters, including high-value and multi-party claims
- Advising on indemnity, liability, and complex policy interpretation issues

About You:
- 3–8 years’ PQE in insurance litigation, with a focus on general liability
- Strong drafting, advocacy, and dispute resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage files autonomously and liaise confidently with clients
- A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to excellence
- Experience in public liability, personal injury, or product liability will be highly regarded
