About The Role
Working closely with partners and senior staff, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of HR operations while supporting the firm’s continued growth. This role offers variety, responsibility and the chance to make a genuine impact in a collaborative legal environment.
Key responsibilities include:
· Coordinating end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle
· Supporting recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
· Assisting with performance management, employee relations and HR queries
· Maintaining accurate HR records, systems and compliance documentation
· Supporting policy implementation and HR initiatives aligned with firm growth
· Acting as a trusted, approachable point of contact for staff and management
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
· 2+ years’ experience in an HR role
· Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment (essential)
· Exposure to criminal law is advantageous, but not required
· Strong organisational and time-management skills
· A practical, solutions-focused and people-centric approach
· Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
· High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive matters
