Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate and qualify leads.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information on mortgage products and services.
- Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the mortgage process, from initial contact to securing applications, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Documentation Support: Assist clients in gathering and understanding the necessary documentation needed for mortgage applications.
- Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various mortgage products, interest rates, and qualification criteria to effectively inform clients.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, document client interactions, and keep comprehensive records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and other internal teams to support a smooth handoff and approval process.
- Compliance: Adhere to all federal, state, and company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
