About the role:
There is an exciting opportunity to work closely with their Insolvency & Restructuring team group leaders and a team of specialist insolvency & restructuring lawyers providing quality advice and legal representation for our clients. This role would best suit an associate or senior associate or someone looking for promotion to reflect abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on technical insolvency and restructuring advice on both corporate and personal insolvency.
- Restructure transactional work and insolvency related litigation.
- Represent clients in the Supreme and Federal Courts, as well other State Courts and tribunals.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years PQE with experience in insolvency and restructuring as well as commercial litigation.
- Pre-admission experience is viewed favourably (not essential).
Desirable Skills:
- A team player willing to work in a collegiate and supportive environment.
- Strong technical abilities.
- Client relationship skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
