About the role:
There is an exciting opportunity for an Insolvency Lawyer to play an important role in their market leading team. You will be able to focus on front-end restructuring work and take an active role in structuring and leading implementations of solutions. This role would best suit an associate or senior associate or someone looking for promotion to reflect abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on complex restructuring and insolvency matters.
- Have direct contact with broader practice and clients.
- Advising on significant commercial litigation for Australia’s leading companies.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum 2 years post-admission experience with exposure to specialist restructuring & insolvency work.
- Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the Australian restructuring and insolvency procedures.
- Have a genuine passion to work in a team environment with a focus on collaboration.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, organisational skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Have ambitions to specialise in restructuring & insolvency work and over time take on a senior role in the team.
