We’re currently partnering with a leading national insurance law firm seeking a skilled Insurance Lawyer with 3–7 years’ post-admission experience to join their well-regarded Insurance team, based in either Sydney
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside highly experienced Partners and senior lawyers in a supportive, collegiate team, gaining exposure to complex and high-value personal injury matters.
About the Role:
In this role, you will act for major insurers and self-insured clients across a range of personal injury claims. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of litigated personal injury matters across public liability, product liability, and compulsory third party (CTP) claims
- Advising on liability, quantum, and strategy throughout the claims process
- Handling complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution across jurisdictions
