An established insurance practice is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Senior Associate with 2+ years’ post-admission experience to join a high-performing team. This role is ideal for a lawyer who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment and is ready to take on meaningful work, particularly in Personal Injury and Abuse law.
Working closely with senior practitioners, the successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including special issues and disputes work. The role involves all stages of client engagement, from providing strategic advice and legal research to managing sensitive matters, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining strong client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Provide clients with strategic legal advice on a range of matters
· Conduct legal research and analysis, staying up to date with case law and legislative changes
· Manage files and workloads efficiently, delivering timely and commercially sound outcomes
· Develop an understanding of client operations and strategy
· Manage prospective client relationships and sensitive matters
· Mentor and supervise junior staff, contributing to team development
· Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and colleagues
· Ensure compliance with professional development and MCLE requirements
About You
· Admitted Solicitor in NSW with a current practising certificate
· 2+ years’ post-admission experience, preferably in Personal Injury with a focus on Abuse law
· Superior communication, problem-solving, and client management skills
· Calm, professional, and able to handle sensitive or challenging matters
· Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
· Strong judgment and decision-making skills
· Experience mentoring and developing junior staff
· Committed to ethical, professional, and high-quality legal practice
