An established and reputable compensation law practice is seeking a passionate Junior Lawyer with 1–2 years’ post-admission experience to join its growing Sydney team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in managing a diverse range of medical negligence and personal injury claims
- Draft court documents, submissions, and legal correspondence
- Work collaboratively with senior lawyers and support staff on complex matters
- Provide clear, compassionate, and client-focused communication
- Support clients throughout the claims process, ensuring they feel informed and supported
- Contribute to the strategic direction of files and assist with litigation preparations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and professionalism
About You
- 1–2 years’ post-admission experience in personal injury law (medical negligence experience highly regarded)
- A current NSW practising certificate
- Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Genuine passion for helping clients navigate complex claims
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented culture
