We are partnering with a well-regarded firm seeking a driven and capable Junior Personal Injury Lawyer to join a plaintiff personal injury team in Sydney. What You’ll Be Doing
· Work across a broad common law personal injury practice, including complex and multi-jurisdictional matters
· Provide proactive, client-focused advice and representation
· Assist with all stages of personal injury litigation, including TPD matters
· Draft legal documents, correspondence, and settlement agreements
· Support senior lawyers with strategic case management and court preparations
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and empathetic communication
· Stay up-to-date with developments in personal injury law and relevant legislation
About You
· Minimum 1 year post-admission experience in personal injury litigation, or 2 years pre-admission litigation experience
· Genuine interest in plaintiff representation, with TPD experience highly regarded
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Proactive, client-focused mindset with a strong work ethic
· Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Collaborative, positive, and inclusive approach to teamwork
