This is an excellent opportunity for a driven 2+ PAE lawyer to work closely with experienced Principals on a broad range of complex and interesting matters.

What you’ll be doing:
- Advise on employment, industrial relations, and WHS matters
- Appear at courts, tribunals, conciliations, and mediations
- Draft contracts, advice, and policy documents
- Manage files and client relationships with autonomy and support
- Collaborate with senior lawyers across Sydney and interstate
What we’re looking for:
- 2-5 years’ PAE with experience in workplace relations and/or safety law
- Strong communicator with excellent drafting skills
- Practical, client-focused, and commercially aware
- Proactive and confident, with the ability to work independently
- Team-oriented and open to working across jurisdictions
