What you’ll be doing:
- Advising on property acquisitions, disposals, and large-scale developments
- Drafting and negotiating commercial, retail and industrial leases
- Working on joint ventures, titling structures, and property syndications
- Structuring property transactions in a tax and duty-effective manner
- Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders on complex projects
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years’ PAE in commercial property or real estate law
- Solid technical and drafting skills across a range of property matters
- Ability to manage files and client relationships with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and a commercial mindset
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment
