An established national personal injury practice is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer with a background in plaintiff dust diseases litigation to join its Parramatta office.
This role is ideal for a lawyer who is confident managing matters autonomously, values strong client relationships, and is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes in complex and sensitive claims.
Working closely with a highly regarded senior practitioner, you will gain exposure to specialised dust diseases matters within a supportive and respected team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Manage a caseload of plaintiff dust diseases matters from commencement through to resolution
· Work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
· Draft court documents, correspondence, and legal submissions with a high level of accuracy
· Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients throughout the litigation process
· Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on achieving positive outcomes
· Build trusted client relationships through professionalism, care, and responsiveness
About You
· A current NSW Practising Certificate
· At least 2+ years PQE in plaintiff dust diseases litigation
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
· Genuine ability to listen to and empathise with clients and their circumstances
· Proven ability to manage matters independently while contributing positively to a team
· Strong commitment to client outcomes and high-quality legal service
