A reputable firm is seeking a Lawyer with 1+ years’ post-admission experience to join its Employment & Industrial Law team. Known for its strong advocacy and impactful work on significant cases, the team represents individuals and organisations across a broad range of workplace and industrial matters. What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist clients in progressing their employment and industrial matters within practice guidelines
- Prepare legal documents and draft written communication for clients
- Attend procedural hearings in Tribunals and Courts
- Conduct litigation and support matters through conciliation conferences or mediations
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, referral networks, and external organisations
- Engage with clients from varied backgrounds with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure strict compliance with legal procedures, timelines, and internal processes
About You
- Admitted Lawyer in NSW with 1+ years’ post-admission experience
- Experience in Employment & Industrial Law highly regarded
- Litigation experience in Tribunals and Courts
- Exposure to mediations or conciliation conferences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Able to manage competing deadlines and drive matters toward resolution
- Empathetic, solutions-focused, and committed to high-quality client service
- Collaborative team player with professional integrity
