What you’ll be doing:
- Advising on payment systems, digital wallets, and payment infrastructure
- Navigating financial services regulation, including licensing and compliance
- Working on Web3 and digital asset matters (cryptocurrencies, DAOs, DeFi)
- Designing compliance strategies for innovative fintech business models
- Advising platforms and marketplaces on regulatory obligations
- Drafting legal advice and supporting clients in responding to regulatory change
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years’ PQE with a strong focus on financial services regulation
- Strong interest in fintech, innovation, and emerging technologies
- Excellent drafting, research, and legal analysis skills
- Ability to manage complex, fast-paced matters with commercial awareness
- Collaborative approach and a desire to grow within a high-performing team
