We are partnering with a highly regarded commercial law firm to recruit a talented lawyer to join their respected Insolvency and Commercial Litigation team.
This team handles a diverse range of complex disputes and advisory work across corporate insolvency, restructuring, and financial services litigation. You will work closely with supportive partners and senior lawyers on high-stakes matters for leading insolvency practitioners, secured creditors, company directors, and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:
- Acting for appointees, directors, creditors, and stakeholders in voluntary administrations, liquidations, and receiverships
- Advising on safe harbour appointments and secured creditor realisations
- Managing commercial disputes, particularly involving the Corporations Act and financial services sector
- Drafting court documents, legal advice, and assisting with strategy in complex litigation
- Collaborating with colleagues nationally on cross-jurisdictional matters
What we’re looking for:
- 4–8 years’ PAE with strong experience in corporate insolvency and commercial litigation
- Proven ability to manage insolvency processes and related disputes
- Confident communicator with excellent legal drafting and research skills
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to handle competing priorities
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
