We are partnering with a well-regarded personal injury law firm to recruit a Lawyer to join its specialist Institutional Abuse team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with personal injury experience to work on sensitive and complex matters while developing their expertise within a supportive and established practice.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Managing a range of institutional abuse and personal injury matters
· Providing clear, sensitive and client-focused legal advice
· Preparing legal correspondence, applications and court documentation
· Working with counsel, medical experts and other stakeholders
· Supporting matters through negotiation and resolution
· Building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service
About You
· 1–3 years’ PAE, ideally with personal injury experience
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Confidence and maturity when working with sensitive matters
· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
· Strong client service focus
· Ability to work collaboratively while managing matters independently
