We’re looking for a driven Litigation & Insolvency Lawyer with 3–6 years PAE, or an experienced insolvency accountant with legal qualifications, to join our client’s Sydney office. You’ll work across corporate and personal insolvency, commercial disputes, debt recovery, director liability, shareholder actions, and more — appearing in superior and federal courts, as well as key tribunals.

- Run matters end-to-end – From initial advice through to court proceedings and resolution.
- Advise and represent – Directors, shareholders, insolvency practitioners, and businesses.
- Engage across disciplines – Collaborate with accounting and advisory professionals.
- Support team growth – Contribute to business development and knowledge sharing.
- Develop your expertise – Benefit from direct mentoring and a rich variety of work.
Who You Are
- A commercial litigator or insolvency professional with legal qualifications.
- 3–6 years’ PAE (or equivalent accounting experience with legal training).
- Working knowledge of corporations law, insolvency, and general commercial litigation.
- Excellent communicator with a commercial mindset and strategic thinking.
- Motivated to grow a practice and invest in long-term client relationships.
- ARITA Professional Membership or willingness to complete the Advanced Certification.
