We are partnering with an established and well-regarded law firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join their team in Parramatta. What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accident, public liability, and workers’ compensation claims
- Deliver high-quality legal advice and representation to clients from start to finish
- Work closely with medical professionals, insurers, and other key stakeholders to build strong cases and secure the best outcomes
- Guide and support junior lawyers and team members, helping them grow their skills and confidence
- Contribute to the continued success of the personal injury team by bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach
- Ensure all work meets legislative, regulatory, and professional standards
About You
- 3–4+ years’ PAE in personal injury law, ideally gained within a respected plaintiff firm or in-house role
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical abilities
- Strong negotiation skills and a client-focused approach to achieving results
- Confident working independently, while also thriving in a team environment
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Dedicated to providing exceptional service and building lasting client relationships
- Holds a current practising certificate in New South Wales
