A well-established mid-tier legal practice is seeking a Personal Injury Lawyer with 1–2 years’ post-admission experience to join its growing team. Working closely with a Partner, this role offers hands-on exposure to a busy and diverse personal injury practice, including motor vehicle accident and workers’ compensation matters.
The position provides a high level of client interaction, autonomy in managing files, and a genuine focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Manage a high volume of personal injury files with increasing autonomy
· Liaise directly with clients and provide clear, empathetic advice
· Draft correspondence, pleadings, and court documents
· Attend court, mediations, and settlement conferences
· Conduct legal research and support matter strategy
· Work closely with senior lawyers to progress matters efficiently
· Prioritise competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
About You
· Holds a current NSW Practising Certificate
· 1–2 years PAE in Personal Injury or Compensation Law
· Experience managing motor vehicle accident and/or workers’ compensation matters
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Client-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities
· Confident using modern legal technology and practice platforms
· Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
