A well-established personal injury practice is seeking a Lawyer with 1–3 years post-admission experience to join a busy and supportive team.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of personal injury matters, including public liability, workers compensation (state and federal), motor vehicle claims, and third-party/first-party TPD, income protection, and life insurance claims.
Working under the guidance of senior practitioners, the role allows for managing a full file load efficiently while developing expertise across multiple personal injury areas.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Manage a high volume of personal injury files with guidance from senior lawyers
· Liaise directly with clients and third parties, providing clear and empathetic advice
· Draft correspondence, pleadings, and court documents
· Attend court, mediations, and settlement conferences
· Conduct legal research to support matter strategy
· Work closely with senior practitioners to progress matters efficiently
· Prioritise competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
About You
· Holds a current Queensland Practising Certificate
· 1–3 years post-admission experience in personal injury law
· Experience in two or more of the following areas: public liability, workers compensation, motor vehicle claims, and TPD/income protection/life insurance claims
· Excellent time management, organisational, and research skills
· Strong written and verbal communication and confident interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
· Client-focused with the ability to build strong professional relationships
