We are currently partnering with a well-regarded personal injury firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join its Newcastle team.
This role involves managing a diverse personal injury caseload, including workplace injury matters with exposure to mining-related claims, within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Advising and representing clients across a range of personal injury matters, including workplace and mining-related injuries
· Conducting client interviews, gathering evidence, and preparing legal documentation
· Negotiating settlements with insurers and other parties to achieve optimal client outcomes
· Appearing in court and advocating for clients
· Managing a varied caseload with competing deadlines
· Staying up to date with relevant legislation, regulations, and case law
· Delivering high-quality client service throughout the legal process
About You
· Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in personal injury law, preferably in private practice
· Current NSW practising certificate
· Strong knowledge of personal injury legislation, procedure, and case law
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong client relationship management skills
· Proven experience in negotiation and advocacy, including court appearances
· Highly organised with strong time and file management skills
· Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving strong outcomes
