A growing personal injury practice is seeking a Lawyer with at least 3+ years post-admission experience to join their team in Maroochydore. This role offers genuine hands-on exposure across a broad range of personal injury matters, working closely with an experienced Partner and playing an active role in progressing matters from early stages through to resolution.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters
· Work across public liability, workers compensation, motor vehicle claims, and TPD/income protection/life insurance claims
· Conduct legal research and prepare advice, correspondence, and court documents
· Draft, review, and finalise legal documentation with a high level of accuracy
· Liaise with clients, insurers, medical providers, and third parties
· Maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance with procedural requirements
· Assist with settlement negotiations and case progression under supervision
· Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
About You
· Minimum 3+ years post-admission experience in personal injury law
· Current Queensland Practising Certificate
· Experience across at least two of the following: public liability, workers compensation, motor vehicle claims, TPD/income protection/life insurance
· Strong drafting, file management, and technical legal skills
· Excellent organisational and time management abilities
· Confident communicator with a practical and client-focused approach
· Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently when required
· Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
