An opportunity is available for a Personal Injury Lawyer with 1–2 years post-admission experience to join a growing personal injury practice. This role offers exposure to a broad range of personal injury matters while working closely with experienced senior practitioners in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage a range of personal injury matters from commencement through to resolution
• Provide legal advice and representation across various personal injury claims
• Prepare and manage case files, including gathering evidence and conducting legal research
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Negotiate settlements and assist with court proceedings where required
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the personal injury practice
About You
• 1–2 years post-admission experience in personal injury
• Current Practising Certificate
• Experience across personal injury matters, including Public Liability, Workers Compensation, Motor Vehicle Claims, TPD, Income Protection, and Life Insurance claims
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
• Commitment to delivering excellent client service and outcomes
