An exciting opportunity is available for a Lawyer to join a growing Personal Injury (Comcare) team based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. What You’ll Be Doing
• Assist in managing a range of personal injury and Comcare matters from commencement through to resolution
• Provide clear and compassionate support to clients throughout the claims process
• Draft legal correspondence, court documents and other legal materials
• Liaise with counsel, medical experts and key stakeholders
• Maintain strong client relationships through a high level of service and communication
• Work collaboratively with colleagues while also managing responsibilities independently
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
About You
• 1–3 years’ PAE experience in personal injury law is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality client service
• Maturity, confidence and sensitivity when dealing with clients, counsel and expert witnesses
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, proactive and team-oriented approach
