What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of public liability matters from initial instruction through to finalisation.
- Advise clients on liability, damages, and legal processes with clarity and care.
- Conduct negotiations, mediations, and court appearances where appropriate.
- Work closely with legal support staff and collaborate with colleagues across teams.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality client service throughout every stage of the claim.
Who You Are
- An experienced solicitor with 5–10 years’ post-admission experience in public liability or broader personal injury law.
- Results-driven – You’re focused on achieving the best outcomes for your clients.
- Personable and professional – You build trust with clients and stakeholders through clear, empathetic communication.
- Confident in litigation – Comfortable running files independently and managing complex legal issues.
- Team-oriented – Willing to contribute to a supportive and high-performing legal team.
Requirements
- 5–10 years’ PAE in personal injury law
- Strong experience in public liability essential
- Proven ability to manage files autonomously
- Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills
- Strong client service mindset and attention to detail
