We’re partnering with a global law firm that is seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer (Associate or Senior Associate) to join its Sydney-based practice.
This role is suited to a lawyer with strong commercial real estate experience who enjoys working on complex, high-value transactions and is looking for long-term career development within a collaborative and well-resourced environment.
Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will advise Australian and international clients across a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing and large-scale development projects.
The team is known for its commercial approach, technical expertise and ability to manage risk on complex transactions.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Acting on a range of commercial real estate matters, including sales and acquisitions, leasing and residential developments
· Advising on complex development and titling matters
· Drafting and negotiating transaction documents with a high level of accuracy
· Working directly with clients and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
· Managing matters efficiently while maintaining a strong commercial focus
· Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing positively to team development
About You
· Experience in commercial real estate law, including leasing, sales and acquisitions and development work
· Strong attention to detail with a practical, commercial mindset
· Confident communicator who enjoys building client relationships
· Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team
· Interest in long-term career progression within a global firm environment
